Georgia Sewn is bringing together designers, goods and services that constitute a regional garment industry. A debut production of Athens Fashion Collective, our goal is to strengthen the network of a local industry, to educate the consumer and to build a stronger base for development of sustainable fashion statewide. This one day expo will fashion shows of Georgia designers, Pop-Up shops, vendors and industry booths, and education installations about sustainable fashion and regional sourcing.

Founded in 2010, Athens Fashion Collective is a platform for the cultivation and development of the local fashion/regional garment industry in Athens, Georgia and surrounding area.
Athens Fashion Collective bi-annual shows took root in intimate local spaces, including Athens Cine and Stan Mullins Art Studio and have grown to larger scale venues like the Georgia Museum of Art and the Georgia Theatre to accommodate increasing community interest and participation.
